   Microzide is more convenient than splitting 25 mg tablets. But it costs a lot more...about 40 cents a capsule instead of less than a penny per tab.

   Be careful. "Microzide" looks and sounds confusingly similar to Maxzide (triamterene/HCTZ)...and Micronase (glyburide).
