Ads for Cenestin claim its estrogen formulation is plant-derived. Some women are misinterpreting these ads to mean that Cenestin is natural.
Cenestin is not natural. It's a SYNTHETIC version of nine of the conjugated HORSE estrogens in Premarin. The difference is the estrogens in Cenestin are synthesized from soy and yams...rather than pregnant mare's urine.
