Lamisil (terbinafine) CREAM will soon go from Rx to OTC...for athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm.
The new OTC version will be called Lamisil AT. The "AT" stands for "advanced treatment."
Advise patients to apply Lamisil AT twice a day for 1 to 2 weeks for athlete's foot. This is shorter than some of the other OTC treatments for athlete's foot.
